A student of Cal Poly Pomona, Elizabeth Duer, 27 years old,� student is missing, she was last seen a week ago.

Her family said she moved to the area about a year ago and went to school at Cal Poly Pomona. They also said she’d been telling them about a possible stalker for the past year and a half, though they have no idea who he may be.

Elizabeth’s landlord says on the day she disappeared she received a mysterious phone call.
“About 10 o’clock I received a phone call from police, from Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, saying ‘We have Elizabeth,’” said Duer’s landlord, Betty Tsao.

But was it the Sheriff’s Department? The person on the line asked some unusual questions
“And he asked, ‘Is Elizabeth at home’ And then he said, ‘She’ll be home soon,’” said Brent Weaver. “The problem is, L.A. County Sheriff has no record of the call. We don’t know who this guy was.”

1. You will not smoke:
