Vintage emblematic of the southernmost valley of the Rhone, Châteauneuf-of-Pope is the image even powerful and cordial, famous wine red for its soil of “rolled rollers” and for the richness of its pallet of 13 type of vines where, actually, the grenache is very largely dominating. On the exceptional stony soil of Crau, the historical field of the Old Telegraph is essential among the best with an intense and very séveux wine, where dominate the demanding quality of the fruit, the firm and velvety texture of tannins, and a balance of great harmony. Beautiful a châteauneuf which asks for a few years of guard out of magnum. Price between 71€.
